About RESOLVE
Colorado’s future is worth fighting for.
RESOLVE IEC was formed by Coloradans who believe this moment calls for courage, conviction, and leadership that puts people before politics.
Victor Marx has spent his life facing challenges most people would run from. A former Marine, humanitarian, author, husband, father, and founder of All Things Possible Ministries, Victor transformed a childhood marked by severe trauma and abuse into a life dedicated to protecting others.
His humanitarian work has taken him into some of the most dangerous places in the world, including Iraq, Syria, North Africa, and Southeast Asia, where his efforts have focused on protecting vulnerable women and children, helping victims of trafficking and abuse, and bringing hope to people affected by violence and trauma.
That lifetime of service represents the kind of courage and resolve we believe is needed in Colorado today.
RESOLVE IEC exists to help bring that story, vision, and message to Colorado voters through independent political advocacy.
Our mission is simple: turn contributions into action.
Contributions to RESOLVE fund independent expenditures related to Colorado’s 2026 election—including voter outreach, advertising, grassroots mobilization, digital communications, and other efforts designed to educate and engage voters.
We believe donors deserve to know their contributions are being put to work. Our resources are focused on reaching Coloradans, communicating what is at stake in this election, and creating meaningful impact at the ballot box.
This is about more than politics. It is about Colorado families, safer communities, freedom, accountability, and choosing the kind of leadership that will shape our state for generations to come.
Colorado deserves courage. Colorado deserves conviction. Colorado deserves RESOLVE.
RESOLVE IEC operates independently and does not coordinate its expenditures with Victor Marx, his campaign, or any candidate committee.
